Dick Fruci joined Russell, McTernan, McTernan & Fruci in 1993, and became a partner in 1998. His wide ranging practice includes real estate, business, domestic relations, personal injury, probate, elder law and estate planning. This blend of expertise allows Attorney Fruci to provide clients with advice and unique insight in areas of law that traditionally overlap. His extensive experience in real estate includes representing banks and other lenders, creating condominiums, preparing purchase and sale agreements, and drafting commercial and residential leases. Mr. Fruci’s legal practice also encompasses the probate of estates on behalf of surviving relatives, providing estate plans which include wills and trusts, and estate plans that protect assets for nursing home residents.   He also creates business entities such as corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, and drafts separation and pre-nuptial agreements as part of his family law practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Fruci was employed in the real estate division of a major Boston insurance company, and also served as vice-president of a privately held corporation importing goods from Taiwan, Hong Kong and mainland China.
Attorney Fruci is a graduate of Stonehill College and received his Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the MBA Referral Service. He is a licensed real estate broker, and he regularly contributes pro bono legal services to MetroWest Legal Services.
